Pizza is very good but I would definitely do carry out delivery takes forever
Listen I called and ordered a week ago to be advised I would have to go online to see specials for delivery. So I did and I... called back placed order, everything went great. Now I call again to get please go online which would take longer. I didn'tunderstand when I knew the special, the price, plus the same order was in the system from the previous week. I guess no onewants to work and no one could tell me how the guy did it nights before. It's very unfortunate because if that's neededeverytime, then all staff should act accordingly and stick to one method. Doing something one day then stopping the next day isinconsistent. If you don't want to work or like your job then change it. Customer Service is a must when dealing with customers.They were very nonchalant and unbothered. Read more

For a very long time, I used a competitor until the service got SO bad I couldn't take it anymore. My daughter and niece were... familiar with Marcos and I didn't have anything to lose. I was very pleasantly surprised. I order pizza here at least once aweek. I like to drive through because it's ready in about 10 mins, but delivery take less than an hour for us too. I wish thecauliflower crust came in more than small because I really love it. I do NOT like the mushrooms there (think they're canned),but if that's my only complaint...they'll keep getting my business. They're Great! Read more

I placed a order for two medium one topping pizzas at approximately 10pm on a Saturday night noting the Brown Bridge Marco?s... closes at 11pm. I received pickup ready in the online order tracker approximately 20 minutes later and parked at the drivethrough window to receive my order. The young man who accepted my cash and gave me my pizzas was courteous enough. Despitethis, I opened the box to review my order before pulling off. Both pizzas, the regular cheese with bacon and the regular cheesewith pepperoni each requested well done with garlic Parmesan crust were visibly burnt, absent of crust toppings and contained3-4 slices from each that were missing both cheese and toppings. I gave the pizzas back and asked him ?would you want to eatthis?? He apologized profusely and offered to substitute them. ?Can I please just have my money back? I asked. He repliedthat his manager would be coming to talk to me. The manager offered an apology and explained the staff was already remaking mypizzas. I explained to her I?d prefer a refund which she refused to provide claiming she was not authorized to return cash. After being assured I?d have freshly made pizzas I half heartedly parked in the shopping center lot and waited. Afterapproximately 30 minutes and 5 minutes past their closing time I drove to the pickup window and asked was my order ready. Astaff member said they weren?t out of the oven yet but I could wait there. Shortly after, a different young man beginapologizing for my being inconvenienced while passing two medium pizzas out the drive through window. Once again I opened theboxes to find the same burnt undressed pizzas I?d previously refused. I asked ?would you want to eat this pizza if your mombrought it home? while passing it back to him. He just stood, mouth gaped, as though he were confused as to what the issue wasfinally deciding to ask his manager how to proceed.
