They are totally not ready for service. No drivers but willing to take your money and then call you to say you have to come get... it! Then when I asked her if it was ready she lies and says yes when rhea didn't even start making it yet. They don't have allof the ingredients. Half the staff is not focused. And the Marcos sign is Off so you'd totally miss it from the street. Yourbetter off going somewhere else!!!! Don't waste your time. Read more

This is my favorite pizza place by far. Unfortunately, I can't order from them anymore. They don't pick up the phone and the... Marco's website won't let me order from this location. I tried to find someone to contact regarding the website issues and thatwebsite doesn't work either. Edit: I've never been more happy to edit a Google review. After 6 months of being closed, thislocation has reopened with new owners and is somehow even better than before. I would definitely recommend this as some of thebest pizza in Covington. Read more

Fantastic pizza. When you get it. Called again last night, girl answers the phone and I won't insult intelligence so I'll say... she was absolutely stoned out of her mind. 3 attempts at the address, she tries to repeat (snickering in background) and stillcan't figure it out. This was the second attempt on a different day, the first time around 6pm they never picked up. That was ona Monday. Was gonna use them for the office party but I think I'll go with Dominoes. Seems to be a good location.Everything I have ever ordered has been good but it could probably be better.The employees have... always been friendly and the restaurant looks clean.Its my opinion that the sandwiches are very pricey for what you actuallyget.I have never called ahead and they are always very quick on getting my order ready.
