Little Caesars says "Next Time, Save Time. Order online." Used the app and when I got there I was told that they couldn't make... my pizza or the bread sticks. I had already paid for the pizza! The girl at the window was rude and acted as if I were an inconvenience to her. This pizza was so greasy it was almost inedible,... and there was a giant hole in the centers with no dough or toppings, just hurt cheese! It was also mostly crust.
