Every single time we order here through DoorDash, they give the driver either part of the order or the wrong order entirely. ... The last time I ordered, I got two extramost bestest pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks; I was given one extra pep and one thincrust pizza. Today, my order was supposed to be for two deep dish pizzas, bread sticks and cheezy bread, and two drinks. Theygave the dasher ONLY the bread sticks and the mountain dew. The dasher went back to get the rest of the order and we called thestore; they tried to blame the dasher, but I absolutely do not believe that when it has been multiple orders and multipledashers over a three month period. We will not be ordering from here again. This is disrespectful to the dasher and to us,causing the dasher to have to waste their time and gasoline to correct the issue and miss out on other potential orders. Read more
I order at this location often but I saw something today that kind of turned my stomach. I usually order and the pizza is... already waiting but this time there weren't any pizza's hot and ready so they had to be made fresh. The guy left the registerand never washed his hands nor did he put on gloves to make the pizzas. I feel that every person handling food should weargloves or at least wash their hands before touching any food items, no matter what, especially in this day and time. There aretoo many viruses and diseases going around for this to happen! That really disgusted me even though I didn't make a scene andhave him remake my pizzas. Its great, but only when they put enough sauce. I ordered a pizza and they didn't add as much sauce in the center. It just has... cheese and it kind of tastes bad. Gets good near the crust. Over all, 3/5. Or 4/5 if I got a pizza with enough sauce. Read more
I?ve called corporate and filled a official complaint and never heard anything back and this has been over a week. This is a... picture of the bread sticks I was given. The pizza wasn?t even done either. I had to come home and put that in the oven also.That didn?t help my son ate some and got sick still with me putting the pizza into the oven. Read more
2 times same bad service March 1 2020 Well I spent a half hour from 7:23 to 7:53 needless to say I won't be back... I came... back to give it a second try after 1st time today 4/26/20 and had to wait 30 minutes for the pizzas to come out the oven I Ordered 2 thin crust pepperoni. I was the only one in line I see nothing has changed I finally got my refund At 7:04 p.m. Themanager told me it is a minimum of 25 minute wait I asked her how I was the only one in line and 3 other people walked out withtheir pizzas On top of pre ordered in the machine.
