I got 2 pizzas and stuffed crazy breads delivered. Everything was fine until after finishing almost one slice of the deep dish... pizza that I realized that my deep dish pizza is still raw in the middle. I called the store and they told me to come to thestore and they will remake it for me. I went to the store and waited a little bit for them to remake it. When I got the pizza,at first glance it looked cooked but then when I took a slice, I realized that the pizza is raw again so I decided that I willnever order from this location again. Read more
The service here is horrible placed an order online for the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza ???? and received the incorrect order.... Called back to store and spoke with a lady named Cora who advised me to come back and she will remake the order returned tostore she was workin making pizzas without any gloves and using her cellphone instead of helping customers. The customer service and the quality of the food at this location have gone down hill. Always a long wait for a hot n ready... pizza, staff are on their phones and have bad attitudes. Our pizza wasnt the best but edible but the cheesy bread was so hardand burnt around the edges that we couldn't eat it, such a letdown. Also didn't get our marinara sauce we paid for. Read more
By far the WORST little Caesar?s that I?ve ever been to! I did try to have some compassion because I did notice that she hires a... lot of younger kids? but in my opinion, she?s doing them a disservice by hiring them and not teaching them proper work ethics!Always at the least a 25min wait? even if you order on line. This most recent experience was worst than the last one. My children wanted pizza, so we made what we thought was a quick stop.... I walked and waited quite awhile for some to come to the front. Once I finally placed the order and the young lady tells meafterward that the register is not working. There wasn't a manager on the premises to help the cashier. She tried to fix theproblem and made a few calls to no avail. We waited approximately 25-30 minutes for a manager to come back to the store. Whenshe arrived her demeanor said that she was not concerned about the issue. She assisted the young cashier and walked to the back,but the problem was never resolved. Needless to say, I wasted time there because I ultimately canceled my order and left. Theother customers who came in after me walked out as well. My family will no longer patronize this establishment. I will drive tothe Little Caesars in town on HWY 278, which is further away, the next time my kids want Little Caesars.We have never had a badexperience there. About the rudest service in my 47 years bbn on planet earth waited almost 30 minutes for a advertised hot and ready pizza and... the cashier and so called manager was the rudest people I have ever met. The person I dealt with told me deep dish Detroit pizzawas not hot and ready from 4pm to 8pm I ordered at 4:41 pm and if that is the case it is definitely false advertising andi willbe seeking legal actions against this location, Pammie and cashier Ceria. But I guess this review is such a waste of timebecause I see the owners have not responded to any reviews. But I guarantee they and corporate will respond to my legal actionsfor false advertising.
