I only post one stars when earn. Being in the Military I want to make sure ever citizen is treated honorable with good customer... service. Very rude guy in the front, hopefully he has improved his customer service skills. My call in order was wrong, and hetold me it was right as if he wasn?t willing to fix it. Over the phone practically hung up on me. When I arrived in person, helet me know his employees never get anything wrong. I went inside and was going to buy an additional cake, was so turned off byhis attitude and being aggressive and argumentative that I decided against it. First and last time coming. Just like many other?s have experienced?No utensils to eat and really bad attitude from the guy at... the front. I never write bad reviews but I just want to warn anyone coming that you should bring your own eating utensils andyour own salt because COVID must?ve affected them so much that they can?t provide that. The fish isn't fresh at all. Took it back they fried the fish over. The same taste you can smell the fish and tell it's NOT... fresh. I call to speak with a manager and wasn't in. Spoke with someone else and took my information down. I didn't bother goingback a second time because the person said they was going to give me a problem about taking it back. When they first open I wastold about the fish wasn't fresh. Plus you can't substitute your fries for okra. I will be going back to JJS in Decatur neverhad any issues. If the fish is fresh it's the grease either way it shouldn't taste bitter and old and you can smell the taste. Read more
WARNING: First visit, I?ll never go back to this place. I just left and I?m feeling nauseous. I bought fried oysters and they... were spoiled. After eating one, I immediately went to speak to the manager, he showed no concern at all. He didn?t evenapologize. I asked for something other than fried oysters and he refused. He said he could only replaced it with more oysters. Iasked him would he be using the same batch of oysters and said yes. Why would I want more spoiled oysters? So, I said no. Hesaid he could give me a 15% discount on something else. I knew I wasn?t going to get my money back, so I just left. Also, theirmenu for 5 friend oysters appetizers are the same price as a oyster meal that comes with 5 fried oysters, fried and coleslaw.Makes no sense. I had to point this out to the person taking my order. They added fries ONLY after I brought this to theirattention. Bad service. Bad Attitude. Bad food. Juicy Crawfish in Covington, Ga on Salem rd should be ashamed of themselves. I placed an order on Uber Eats . The order I... placed was not what I received! I called the restaurant to voice my concern and disappointment to Jay manager (If that's reallyhis name). He told me " other people like it, so there's nothing I can do". He then advised me to call uber to complain, whichI did. They told me there is nothing they can do. I called the restaurant again, only to be dismissed and offered no apologyor resolution. Clearly they have no regard for their customers, and no pride in the food they serve. I'm utterly appalled anddisappointment in the whole experience!!! Don't waste your time or money! When I walk in I was expected to sit down, look at a menu and order my food. Instead, I had to walk to the counter and order and... wait for my food and then go sit down and eat.
