Yummy! We've been before, but not to this location. Service was a little slower than usual because some guy ordered a giant... bacon sub. Chaos! This location?s place- your -order practice is chaotic. There?s employees standing around doing nothing and the young... man preparing sandwiches is being overworked. I went to the cashier to place my order. She pointed, not used her words, todirect me to the long line in front of the sandwich maker. The sandwich maker is taking all the orders and preparing sandwicheswhile the line is getting longer and the other employees are doing nothing. Mismanagement of time and resources. I visited the location tonight. The location usually runs very well. Tonight 7/21 at 8:03 I entered the store. There were 2... workers and one looks at me and my guest and says we aren't taken anymore orders until we get some help. I asked the employee torepeat because I was in disbelief that this is the way an establishment would chose to handle being busy and/or short staffed.There were a total of 4 people in the store at the time. I am sure there were online orders as well. I absolutely understandbeing short staffed and would have gladly waited until the 2 employees got caught up. To basically be put out of the store andrefused service because you are busy and short staffed is completely unacceptable after all of the trips I have made there overthe years and all the money spent. If you order online, don't add any extras or make any requests because the idiots that work here don't read the order you sent... it. Drove 30 minutes and paid extra money to add some bacon to a sub that wasn't there. This is the second time this hashappened and I am officially done with this place. Read more
I'm a lover of sandwiches, in my opinion Jersey Mike's has the market on lock. Fresh meat, cheese, veggies, and bread prepared... right in front of your face. The fella that prepared my sub also put it together with care. As if he was making the sandwichefor himself. I hate when it's thrown together and not evenly distributed. When you bite into your sandwich every bite is as goodas the last. That's service! Read more

I order a steak Kahuna but because I was in a hurry because I had a relative in the near by hospital I didn?t check the... sandwich. At the time another customer ordered a chicken Kahuna. When they were done the person made both an handed us it atsame time mixing up order. I do not favor chicken and bacon. Honestly I was watching the commercial for this place and thought it looks good. I tried it and wasn't disappointed. I had... the club with bacon...fantastic. they do have some wait during lunch but I chalk that up to being good subs. In comparison tosay a subway, way better!! Similar to firehouse but I think more variety. Good stuff! Read more
