Drove out of my way to this location because the one near me is bad and it turns out this one is no better. Asked me to pull... around and wait for my food. Went inside after 15 minutes and they were just now starting in my drinks. Missed opportunity for apotential customer. Edit** Just had to turn around and get a different sandwich after they put cheese on mine when I asked forno cheese. Didn?t get an apology from the gentleman working. Although the staff was EXTREMELY NICE ???? my order was incorrectly made and when I showed my receipt the cashier STILL tried... to convince me that what she made was what I ordered. I ordered 4 sandwiches, they all were supposed to have cheese, 3/4 they didn?t put cheese on. Ordered a side of bacon, they... didn?t give it to me. When asked they said they were out and couldn?t refund it. When I mentioned the cheese, they gave it to meseparate in a box. The girl was somewhat helpful, the boy shrugged and didn?t care. Dear DD Staffers/Employees, As a Dedicated Iced Latte sipper, who enjoys her iced beverage to her specified liking, this is the... FIRST time I'm compelled to review a Dunkin Donuts experience... Decided to drive to this location on my break (shouldn't havedone that!!!). Jumped out my Jeep, to be greeted by a notice & locked doors (Cool but this is due to a limited staff.. PleaseI've seen food shops work efficiently with 4-5 people). Jumped into my Jeep, taking a chance via Drive-Thru. Thought the ordertaker & I were good at the intercom... But she stated that her machine was down, so she was writing down the order....Hmmmmmm Finally at the window (25-30 minutes on 'line'), I'm greeted by an employee, who inquired IF I ordered a black coffee???? Repeating order to her, she hands me: a box of dozen donuts (right) and a watery iced drink (supposed to be IcedMocha-Caramel Latte with Whole milk and LESS ice) Let's just say I won't return to this location again... And I look forward tomy Tasty Iced Lattes in NYC! Note: When I reached home, I had to scoop out most of the ice (Remember, I requested LESS ICE)..Added Almond milk, since there wasn't any Dairy added, though I requested WHOLE MILK.. Last BUT not least, there wasn't a hintof Caramel. In conclusion, this is the reason I Don't Do or Like Drive-Thrus.. I prefer to place food & beverage ordersin-person, so I may see how it's being prepared.. Plus it prevents holding up the other drivers. I ordered a med pumpkin spice latte(hot) and cinnamon bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese. Red flag #1 I got a plain... bagel with regular cream cheese after waiting for what felt like forever.
