Today is 10.27.2022. The lady working the drive-thru is one of the most nastiest individuals that I've ever experiences. Her... attitude is the worst I have ever seen at this location. I asked her for a Tall coffee and she must not have realized shedidn't turn off her speaker and said rudely, "This is not STARBUCKS!" I asked her, "Did you just tell me this is notStarbucks?" She said, "Yes." I calmly addressed her and informed her that snapping on the customers is not way to treat them. I even told her, "I knew it was you because I've encountered your rude behavior before." She told me, "I knew it was youtoo!" What kind of employees are you all hiring at Dunkin'??? I visit this location more than I ever go to Starbucks!! Please address this! I will also be speaking with your Corporate office related to this incident. Read more
Showed up at 6:02am. 1 hr and 2 minutes after the posted opening time. The flashing signs said open but sadly the doors were... locked. I wanted to try the drive through just in case it was one of those ?lobby closed? kinda situations. But I had a 14?trailer behind my work van so there was no getting through that tight squeeze of a lane. I did however try walking through thedrive through on foot. Because after seeing those perfect donuts through the window and smelling that irresistible coffee, I hadto try. 30 mins to sit in the drive thru so I could get my daughter an icecream cone. Finally Got to the window and the employees were... horse playing around ont he inside couldn?t even follow simple directions. Who has to ASK for napkins with an icecream cone fora child!!! I love the capuchino but this place most of the time never get it right, my coffee was cold as a rock. Very disorganized place,... you have to wait a long time to get your food. When my husband wanted to get a sweet tea refill he had to wait just for thatlike 10 minutes!!!! Really???? Administration needs to do something about it. This is not the first time we have to wait longperiods of time because they don?t have clue on what are they doing!!!! Period. Read more
I come here all the time and every time I come the order is wrong?. I get my money took that I didn?t have to spend because my... order is wrong, then all the workers in there look trashy and like bums it grosses me out !!!They don?t wear gloves, theircounters look greasy, and today at the drive-through they were arguing about something with the ice machine or ice scooper?????super bad customer service. They do not look clean, and they don?t look like they take care of their selves.. I feel thereshould be better workers and a clean work environment!!! And I ordered my food like 20 minutes ago and everybody behind me hasgotten their food and I?m still sitting here at the drive-through waiting for them to bring my food out hopefully they get itright?. Do not come to this location. The service is bad, they take forever with your order, then the drive thru is terribly built and... only accepting cash. Read more

This location either gets your order perfect, or totally wrong for your liking. My macchiato this morning was EXTRA strong (and... yes, I know they are originally supposed to be strong). The staff has been nice most of the times I've visited. I'm not sure ifthe new company policy is to only do one shot of syrup unless specified, but they used to do 3 shots per drink when you askedfor flavoring. I had to come home and make my own liquid sugar so it was drinkable. After that it was okay. Update: My icedmacchiato this morning was much better than the last !! I definitely don't recommend actual food from Dunkin'. Got a bacon &cheese biscuit this morning, it was honestly awful (it's originally frozen food that they just warm up for those that don'tknow). Stick to the donuts and coffee!! Update (11-07): I am OBSESSED with the new brown sugar cookie cold brew !! It isdelicious. I also got hash browns, and those weren't bad either.
