I bought my breakfast in here and I also ordered hashbrown they were burn and it looks like ground beef all squished together it... doesn't look good. I come here often on my way to work and they never have croissants. I love croissants. & the staff are always like ?AWW OKAY... YEA? type of energy. This location used to be the best? It is now the worst! I ordered a iced caramel latte, not a caramel craze lattee. I was not... wanting to pay extra for cinnamon sugar when I have some in my desk at work. And what if I had been allergic to cinnamon andthese people put it in my drink. Couldn?t even order donuts for all my coworkers because they are out at 9:00 am. And the onlyones I could order was 1/2 a dozen of cream filled. Your name literally had Donuts in it, you should always have donuts!!! Also,I asked for strawberry cream cheese and of course, couldn?t even get that. They gave me plain cream cheese and I open my bagelto find I only get this amount when the packets they used to give covers more than both sides of a bagel, therefore, cheating meof the cream cheese I ordered. It?s not like it?s that hard to do your job. Need to get it together and at least say you?rewelcome when someone says thank you three different times. Beware of this location. I?d rather sit for 30 minutes at the 278location than to ever go back here again! These employees need to pay attention to what someone orders and put it in the systemcorrectly or even if they did put it in the system correctly, it?s not like it?s hard to pay attention to the order request.Lazy and rude employees. I?m not saying all of them are but as far as the ones I?ve dealt with, they have been. Be careful and check your order. They will make your drink with stuff you didn't order. I had a simple order: iced coffee with... oat milk and mocha swirl (I have a dairy allergy). I received my drink and it seemed more creamy than normal and it had sugarall in the bottom of the cup. I drive back around and explained that I didn't order my drink that way, and they said "you didn'twant cream and sugar in it too?" I said "No. That's not how I ordered it. I have an allergy, so you need to make peoples drinksexactly how they order it." I mean you are paying extra for the specialty milk, why would I want something else if I didn't askfor it? I use the App religiously and happy to do so this morning at this location in Covington and when I got my order, this is the... finished product!!!! Who was not going to eat that? Me that?s who!
