If I could give zero that is what it would be. The so called manager Crystal should be fired. She hung up on me in the middle of... talking and I am contacting corporate dominos regarding this. This is the second time our food has arrived freezing cold. Sheblamed the weather. We live 5 mins from there and there has been no weather since an hour before we placed our order. She saidthey have 3 drivers yet when we looked it said the driver was 15 mins away from somewhere that?s 5 mins away from their store.Crystal should be fired and honestly this whole store should be shut down u less they can get competent employees. A managershould NEVER hang up on a customer no matter what!!! And food should NEVER arrive cold. This dominos is filled with incompetentpeople who are rude and disrespectful! I ordered a stuffed cheesy bread with bacon & jalapeño peppers, a blue cheese dipping sauce cup and a 2-Liter bottle of Diet... Coke; and never received my 2-liter bottle of Diet Coke from the driver Brandon (thank God for good memory). Never, EVER, gonnaorder from this Domino's again. Read more
My Dad ordered us a cheese pizza and most of the cheese was in the middle of the pizza. It was the nastiest pizza I ever ate.... My Dad says you guys need to close. I agree with him. Papa Johns is better. Read more
Ordered one pizza, came out horrible. Called and got it replaced, and spoiler alert also horrible.
We love the new pan pizza! I always do carry out because I'm cheap and you get better deals that way. LOL Usually saves me... around $15 picking it up to feed my family versus having it delivered. Most of the time I will place an order online thenimmediately leave and it's ready when I get there. I live less than 4 miles from this location. Don't have anything bad to sayand we have placed a lot of orders since they opened. Read more
Alrighty guys, the Dominos has progressively gotten worse over the years. We ordered a large spinach, tomatoes, chicken pizza.... 1/2 of the pizza had 4 pieces of chicken and like 5 tomato cubes, and half of the cheese a pizza should have. Now I get it, baddays, rough shift, whatever... but for real? Whoever made this pizza knew it wasnt up to standard, then someone got it out ofthe oven, hacked the pizza up, knew it still wasnt up to standard and sent it out the door for delivery... c'mon we paid $24 fora dough and sauce pizza?!?!
