My server Katrina was awesome, she was prompt and super nice! The restaurant was clean and smelled good! The floors looked clean... and weren't sticky like other restaurants sometimes have been. We went here specifically to have frozen drinks. When we ordered our drinks we were told that the frozen drink machine was not... working. We then ordered margaritas on the rocks and were told they didn't have any tequilas and that most of their alcoholorder didn't come in.We ordered a triple dipper appetizer which came out hot and fresh. Absolutely terrible hiring process. If you are trying to get hired at this place I would look elsewhere. I have never been so... disrespected as a person in my entire life honestly. I literally was stood up in the hiring process from this location. Wentthrough 2 interviews and the 2nd one I supposedly "got the job" and was supposed to receive an email to finish the process and Iwas told I had the job. Never got that email, even called the kitchen manager that "hired" me and he told me he was going tosend it that day. I never got it. Never got a call, never got anything it's been 3 days since that call. I feel disrespected andlied to and overall you gave someone false hope in thinking they were going to be employed and had a job, someone that has afamily to take care of. The wait was minimal for a Friday night. The waitress took our order of drinks, appetizer and main course. We noticed that... people who were sat at tables after we were, got their main course before we did. I looked at the amount of time we had beenseated. It had been 45 minutes. I said let's go. We told the person at the entrance that we wanted to pay for drinks andappetizer. The manager came and we told him the issue. He said he would make things right. He gave us complimentary meals. Themanager was very courteous and polite. I thanked him and shook his hand. The food tasted good. I will probably return but adifferent waitress will be my choice. Read more
Horrible! Last time I will waste money at this location. Ordered over $60 worth of food and the burger was overcooked so much my... son wouldn't eat it. The fries were crunchy and old.. the boneless wings were over cooked and didn't have enough sauce.. theyforgot the bread to go with our pasta.. they forgot salsa to go with the chips.. This isn't the first time this Chili's hasdisappointed us, but I swear.. it's the last time. I won't even call the store to complain because they never do what they saythey will.. "we'll refund your money" "we'll send you a gift card" nothing.. it's not worth it, save your time and money and gosomewhere else!!! Read more
Worst experience at a Chili's I've ever had in my life. They we're almost completely empty, but the hostess told us we were... going to have to wait a few minutes. Turns out we had to wait a few minutes so she can finish doing some cleaning. SMH Then wewere put at the very back of the restaurant with a view of a construction site even though there were plenty of televisionsplaying the games around the bar but we were told that's the only section that is open. Food was very mediocre and the frieswere even cold. Plus we were hardly checked on it all. I even had to go find somebody in the back just to get napkins. I willdefinitely not go back. Read more
