Stay away! Nasty food and nasty attitudes! The chic at the window had her nasty blonde hair shedding all over herself to the... point that hair was on the scanner when she stuck it out the window to scan my phone! Gross! Of course that hair will end up insomeone?s food and stuck to their wet cup! Again, gross and unsanitary! What happened to food workers wearing hair nets?! Shealso has a very nasty attitude. My first time eating at checkers! One of my bucket list items. It was okay. I would say a lower quality Wendy?s. But decent.

VERY slow. Drive thru was backed up so we parked and went to the walk up window. The employees looked numerous times at me and... wouldn't come to the window. I stood there for 15 minutes and finally knocked on window and someone finally opened it. Onlyreason they're getting a 2 star is because the person who opened the window was really nice and apologetic. Read more
Chicken sandwich was good even though I wanted a hamburger, hamburger joint with no hamburgers, c'mon people, the COVID excuse... is really getting old, time to tell the truth, pay your employees more especially your truck drivers who makes your deliveries, I would have went to a chicken joint if I wanted chicken. I ordered on line with my app, its usually fast this way. Got to the window and they did not recognized I was there. The young... girl that were their was not friendly, did not have any patients as I was bothering her. If it was my order I would have got mymoney back. But it was for someone else. Through the app I was able to get a free small milk shake. When I got my order she didnot know what to do. So she made me go all the way to the end of the drive through behind 3 other cars. All she had to do was tolook and scan the app. So I went, when I finally got to the window again she still did not know what to do. She asked themanager he did not know what to do. Since she could not get any answers she just gave it to me anyway. I will not go to thischeckers again when I got home the burger was squished, the lettuce, tomato and pickles was a mess. It looked as if it wassomebody's else order and they gave it to me. I will never go to any of the fast food places without looking at my food firstbefore I leave. I got a survey from checkers and explained the same thing to them. They offered me a free burgers. I don't wantit I uninstalled the app and deleted everything about checkers, I will not be returning. If I could give negative stars I would. Separately the customer service is great, everyone is so nice and prompt.BUT AS FAR AS... THE FOOD ITS HORRIBLE. It just breaks my heart because I prefer checkers over other fast food and I can not get a decent mealthere to save my life. The milkshake turned my stomach and sent me to the bathroom ( I bought it 3 different times on differentdays because I thought they just needed to clean the machine better). Every time I ordered a chicken sandwich it tastes old,tough and hard so I can?t eat it. It tastes and smells as if it?s been cooked in week old grease. Just stay away from thislocation.
