I?ve been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. I?m still two cars from the window. This is ridiculous. Your staff should... warn folks when your wait times are this bad. edit: I tried to respond to your reply, but no version of your reply email works.So, all you need to know is: on 10/6, from 8:05 to 8:45 I waited in the drive through for a fish plate. The line quit moving, noone got food, the doors were locked so I gave up and left. You need to tell the help to warn customers they?re not getting anyfish anytime soon. Tape up a sign. Waited for over 30 minutes for my order and when I received it was barely lukewarm shells in my okra fish looks burnt portions... were small front cashier left without pushing out all of the orders before just leaving letting four customers just waiting forfood. Read more

The drive-through line takes forever! The girls working the window have no custom service skills. Finally, when the food... arrives, it looks messy in the plate and the shrimp tastes undercooked. I know many businesses are struggling to find help.However, at this point, just shut down if you can't do any better. I've gone about 2-3 times between 5-8pm and the experiencewas the same. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. The food was delicious with large portions for the price. Only reason I didn't give 5... stars is that a drink was not included with the meal we got, and it would have been over $2 to add one on. Will definitely goback though. The young lady that took my order at the front register was not the average young worker. She was upbeat, had a great attitude,... kind, polite, and I could tell she was smiling (even behind the mandatory mask). The food was good, and hot. I ordered 2dinners, we had the Southern style whitefish, broccoli, and Mac & cheese; however, the portion size of the sides were small.Went back again to Captain D's today. Menu at drive thru needs lighting and better speakers. Not a long wait. Food was not good. I see why no one was at location... and lined up down hwy 278 for Long John Silvers. I will say the ladies that helped me in the drive thru were kind 3-31-21 around9 pm. Thank you all for working during pandemic. But corp needs to get better quality food. Shrimp very skimpy.
