My order 4:50 pm was anything but correct!! The fries were nothing but the small pieces of the curly fries themselves and were... COLD! #1 Meal ordered and it DOES NOT comes with cheese sauce on the sandwich, but did this time!! Grandson allergic to dairyso I had to toss it in the trash. I had ordered the rib sandwich and the meat was like shoe leather. I live 1.2 miles from thestore so there should have been no way for the meals to cool off on that short amount of distance!! Went to this location last night and ordered a chicken ranch sandwhich, got home took a bite and the chicken was raw inside. I... live about 20 minutes from this location so I did not go back. It made me sick to my stomach biting into and chewing rawmeat!!!! I would have given it no stars if possible. I will not go back to this location! L'Oreal deserves recognition and a raise, Arby's! She is LOVELY and represents your company beautifully! (We are not from here... and we do not know her personally.) There was an elderly woman & her little husband who obviously comes often, because not onlydid that young lady greet her elder, she remembered what her favorite things were! SO IMPRESSIVE! She took her time with thecustomer and was so sweet during the whole process! She also served us and two other folks quickly, efficiently and with agreat sense of humor. The chicken was fried too hard. This CHICKEN BACON SWISS SANDWICH is not worth the menu price of $5.69. I ONLY ordered this... sandwich because of the 2 for $5 coupon that came in the mail.
