I love their food but this is the second and last time I will order from them. I have ordered online for curbside pick up. Each... time I have called and gone to voicemail immediately. I know they aren't busy because I am right in front of the door. I finallywent in and showed my email confirmation and was handed my cold food. I asked if their phone was working. She said yes. I calledthe number that is given to let them know you are there for curbside. She listened and said she was sorry and the manager wasn'tthere. Like I said, good food but unexplainable service. We ordered chicken and white rice bowl; standard. They ?ran out of white rice?(didn?t feel like making more 1 hour before close)... and then served us brown rice with about 7 slices of chicken. The server dumped our order on the front counter and then wentback to the kitchen as we waited 10 minutes before deciding to check if that was our order. When we asked we were told, ?Oh Icalled you.? Something is terribly wrong here?I just came into this Waba G location and it smells like sewage. This is the second time I have... smelled this offensive odor here. I cannot recommend that anyone eat at a place that allows this horrible odor to continuewithout having whatever the problem is fixed.
