I don't comment on reviews of anything. out of all the tamales I've eaten, this is the only store where I've eaten delicious... tamales. It's a little expensive but maybe that's the real price. but I still give 5 stars for my new favorite store. I know nowwhere I can buy tamales. ???????????? Read more
Really good and right off of arrow highway so it?s convenient, has all the different helado and agua fresca drinks and is rarely... packed ? so everyone show love to this establishment and all the other small business owners who are still serving us the bestquality service and food? get off the conglomerates nuts and support the real ones? Very bad customer service. I order through Door Dash and my order was all wrong. I contact the store and the lady that answer... was very apologetic and said that they can redo my order. I never got anything from there before but my kids wanted funnelcakes. Not even 5mins later the same lady called me back say that her manager Fleix informed her that they will not be redoingmy order. I was shocked because I just want correct order I don?t want these funnel cake. My kids had food allergies so thesefunnel cake were not edible to us. I thought I would get better customer service especially from management who could not evenbother to call me back but had his employee do it for him. I am also in management but I will at least try to give good customerservice since I work for a big corporation as well. I just want to thank the young lady that tried to help but her managershould of at least speak to me instead of have this super nice employee handle it for him. Staff was friendly. Prices are veey good. Tons of flavors for ice cream, Popsicles and snacks. The elote was amazing as... expected. Also got some GIANT lollipops for less than 10 bucks! Horrible place. Do not get the nachos. They were so stale. The esquite was nasty. The lady didn?t drain the water from the corn... and it made my esquite into a soup. Read more
