This is an UNSTABLE location at night operations-wise. At least every Friday they close at whatever time the "maintenance crew"... gets there sometime after 10pm and you'll never find out until you get there because they tell you at the drive-thru speaker. Ifit's a holiday like last night, they'll close whenever they feel like it without putting up notice signs in the days before likeany other sensible location manager/franchisee would. They don't even block off their dedicated driveway entrance to indicatethat they're closed before they're supposed to be. Read more
One of the worst managed, disappointing, low quality Jack in the boxes ever. Always understaffed and mistakes on orders. Often... sign says ?open?, wait in drive through 10 minutes, then realize they closed early and no one there. Read more
Drive thru. Got a salad. They have very good salads. Staff friendly and helpful.
This Jack in the box needs a different manager! They?re always closed and the manager is always so rude! They never have any... signs up if they?re having problems with their system. The machine for the shakes never work. Always have rude service fromthere. Read more

Not as good as I remember from a few years ago. Dry burger, cold fries. And I talked someone into going there. I was... embarrassed. I don't know if it's just this store or not. I know good employees are hard to find right now. Keep looking ortrain them better. Don't stand pat. Read more
Would not give a SINGLE STAR if it was possible. Sabrina was rude at the drive thru. She gave me a shake with whipped cream... foamy and looked nasty, she specify she did not know how old it was. She rushed my ordered and messed up order 2 times. Andstill ended up with a messed up order so left. Sabrina was rude and did not want to make a scene or hold up the drive thruline.
