I usually love the service and ice cream here, this is my go-to ice cream spot. But when I ordered my 2 scoop sundae, I recieved... half the amount I normally get. I went to 31 Flavors this afternoon. I was greeted by employee, Lily with a nice "Welcome to 31 Flavors." Lily is always... cheerful and nice. Of course, we all love what BR has to offer, but this particular one stood out to me because of the service. The 2 young gals... that were working that evening were welcoming, helpful & sincere. They made eye contact when they addressed me & they weregenuinely friendly. I left there feeling NOT one bit guilty about the double scoop of chocolate peanut-butter I was about toindulge in.
