They advertise Hot & Ready Medium pizzas during prime time (4pm to 8pm). I have gone 3x in 1 week during prime time & the pizzas... are never ready. Thats not the issue. Tje issue is when I say "Can I get a medium hot and ready". I am handed a large & the $12plus dollars is already punched into the debit machine. When I state I do not want a large I want a medium. They say this is alltheu have available. This is a regualr occurence and not a one off. Its not fair to customers. Read more

After waiting for 10 minutes to get my pizza, the server asked the cook where is my pizza. Cook told him she just gave it to... another customer. Then proceeded to tell me I had to wait another 10 minutes cause its just going in the oven. Did she not now iwas standumg there when she said she said she gave it away???? Not so much an apolgy from her or an offer of compensation forthe added wait. Very disappointed with her lackadaisical attitide towards the paying customer. Frequent little Caesar 's courtice customer. Served by an Indian woman today that was really ignorant. They was no need for it.... Enough nastiness around without her adding to it. This may be your first complaint about her but won't be the last. Sincerely,no longer a little Caesar's customer. Don't need to be treated like that at all. P.S. we ordered stuffed crust pizza and stuffed bread for delivery and got completely raw dough and raw bread. I'm appalled that... someone would allow this to be sent out. Read more
