Very pleasant staff at the drive thru.
Walked from work to get a coffee and take my break. Starbucks was short staffed and only had drive thru open. Why don't you... close drive thru and allow walk ins? So many customers in downtown Chilliwack don't have a vehicle. Read more

Employee argued with me about the recipe of the drink until the supervisor (I assume) brought out the recipe and then they made... the proper drink. It took two tries to make my drink. The counter was covered in dried up drink spills and was extremely stickyto touch. Very unimpressed. Read more
I was waiting for a friend to have a rather long appointment..I had a pleasant beverage ..steamed milk with half sweet hazlenut... ..I like the oat bar with that because it's like a mini meal...It was quiet & bright & I could read my book with perfectease....A pleasant way to wait for a friend.... I had to listen to hens clucking while waiting for my drink. When ordering a large, I don't expect a small in my cup. $8.00 for... a 1/4 cup of Salted Caramel Frappuccino and whip cream (half a cup)..Guy at cash and lady in the back gets the stars for havingto put up with the smack talking co_workers (critical thinking is not required to work at Starbucks)...after realizing that sheshould have been listening to the guy at cash, she corrects the order...makes me a 5oz frappuccino in my grande mug and fillsthe rest with cream...you are disappointing. To the real lady who was working in the back and who was nice enough to help them,you rock! Read more
Can be a line up at rush times as expected. Nice patio, but noisy with all the traffic going into the Plaza. Parking can be a... bit of a pain, but there is lots available. Love the patio in summer for that early morning coffee. Read more
The service is slower in drive thru. I usually wait 10-20 minutes in line. Inside it's quicker for service. However, I noticed... the customer's service is not as enthusiastic or welcoming. About a 3/5. It's not a horrible location. Just needs someimprovement with customer service and organization. Read more
