Horrible customer service Waited 30 min for 2 burgers and a kids meal. Looking around it wasn?t that busy and had plenty of... staff. They forgot a burger and it was like pulling teeth to get them to understand. Staff doesn?t have two brain cells to rubtogether for warmth. Read more
Went there 3 times, I guess 3 times the charm, I've gave the place a good chance, but every order had something wrong with it.... The one think common to all orders the food was cold or let's just say barely warm. Today no different, took 30 minutes to cooka burger by the time they served I got cold fries (not barely warm... cold!) and a flat coke. The meat tasted good though butjust barely warm. Oh well... goodby Fat Burgers, you need to get your s*** together. Sadly, I'll go to McDonalds instead nexttime. Read more
I came here to eat lunch with some people and the service was amazing and when we got our food it was so warm I saw a little bit... of steam come out after the first bite, it was so juicy as well. It was so good it was the size of a burger king burger but itwas better quality and not full of fake meats, I got the Canadian bacon burger with some onion rings, though they were kindagreasy but that's ok. I would recommend but don't order cause its better to eat inside the restaurant cause you would get a warmfood and you don't want a soggy burger. 10/10!! Read more
Ordered take out. Took 25 minutes to get order. Not a problem. Arrive & they can?t find the order but eventually they do. Drive... the 3 minutes home. Burger buns are soggy. Fries are lukewarm and onion rings are anemic. Received 13 wings instead of thetenders I ordered. This was 1st time ever having FatBurger so we ventured on. Fries were blah, curly-fries were decent butlukewarm, mistake (BBQ) wings were tasty but weren?t the tenders I ordered and then we had the burger. Soggy buns aside, theburgers were awesome! Called to tell restaurant about our experience & were told they would call back. Still waiting. Onlineordering ask for gratuity. Tacky, but there is an option not to tip. My gratuity didn?t pay off. My advice? Order the Fatburgersbut grab some McD?s fries and a drink on the way home. UPDATE: we received vouchers for the burgers. Months later, we cashedthem in for burgers only and the burgers were fantastic - fresh, tasty. Will try again! Read more
Their oreo milkshake and deep fried pickles are AMAZING! My burger was mixed up with my husband, but it still tasted great. He... got the Double King burger and I got the King burger.Cashier was friendly! Will go back again for sure. Read more

I consider myself a bit of a burger connoisseur... And these burgers did not disappoint! I had the Hawaiian burger - burger,... teriyaki, melty Swiss, grilled pineapple... It was delicious and so juicy! My bf had the chicken burger with Cajun seasoning andwas raving about it. The curly fries are BOMB and they have really good seasonings you can add to the fries. I chose garlicpepper and the bf chose Cajun, both were fantastic. The staff were super friendly and helpful, our food was ready reallyquickly. And I love the cups, so cute!
