Today, Friday August 26, at 1:20. I went in to order two regular size beverages. The young man working was not personal, not... informed, and definitely not friendly. After I received my order I used the washroom facilities, a female STAFF was exiting thefacility. Both rolls of toilet paper were empty ????. She acted shocked when I told her no paper. I was served by Snow today. What an incredibly kind, sweet, and hard-working person. I have food sensitivities but, before I... even needed to say so, I was offered an ability to modify things as needed and even given suggestions. (this happened about a month ago)i?m a person who suffers with social anxiety, i went in there for the first time wanting to try... something new. so i go up to order and was greeted by a very rude man (tall, thin,has black hair and glasses). i asked for thestrawberry surprise? (i think that?s what is called) but i asked for it without cranberries he immediately was like what do youmean? you need something to blend the drink with so i said ok i?ll just have it with cranberry. be started becoming more andmore agitated, at this point i actually starting shaking due to my social anxiety and then he raised his voice at me saying ineed to put something in the drink to blend it because you can?t blend a drink without liquid (which i knew) and said yes withthe cranberry juice, he makes the drink without asking me what size (i wanted the snack size but didn?t say anything) and hehanded me the large more expensive size. i didn?t want to pay the almost $8 drink because of this poor behaviour. but didanyways and was left upset. do not come here if you?re looking for something new + wanted friendly employees (because i don?tthink there is one) Read more
Went in there today, and I didn't catch the guys name but he had a lot of really interesting tattoos, but he was absolutely... phenomenal. Incredible attitude, super personable, and just very friendly. His customer service skills were top notch, and thefood and smoothie were fast and tasted great. Read more
I really enjoy Booster Juice smoothies/juices. Don't recommend the Coco Crush smoothie (unless you're a big fan of coconut... water). So far that is the only smoothie I haven't enjoyed fully. Read more
Shown up multiple times in the past week and they have not been open at 8am. Even had rude service from one of the young woman... who work there when i showed up 15 mins after 8. She told me that the store wasn't open and that id have to come back later. Notmy fault you showed up 1 min to 8 and didn't have time to open the store. Read more
