Excellent coffee and very pleasant staff! We had the cocoa and caramel cloud macchiatos and they were fantastic.
They do not know how to make frappuccino's at this location. This is not the first time ordering in Starbucks in Jewel store.... Same poor quality products and service. They even refuse return the money back that you pay for their poor quality productsunless you talk to the manager. Read more
Being that Starbucks within grocery stores are the only ones open I have no choice but to come here rather than the local... Starbucks I?d prefer within my area. I came to purchase a java chip frappe with no whip cream and a slice of banana nut breadheated. I received my order wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected it was as if the employee had an attitude. However ifthere was less talking amongst her and her coworkers than maybe my order as well as the customer before me would have beenaccurately made the first time after it was placed. Read more
