Arby's is one of the old time fall backs when you can't decide on what you want to eat while avoiding McDonald's. They have a... great menu that doesn't revolve around over rated burgers and fries. Love their Turkey and Swiss, while there vanilla shake isborderline good, stick with the sodas. Overall I would pick Arby's when I want to good sandwich that isn't attached to anoverdone clown. This is a longer review, but it's mostly for management to get an understanding of their customers' experiences. I was the 1st... customer as they opened the doors at 10:00 AM. Pam greeted me. She wasn't friendly, but she wasn't rude, either. I ordered myfood and wasn't asked if I was dining in or taking out, so they put my food in a bag instead of on a tray. The reason this isimportant was because I had too many item to hold in my hands, so I walked two trips to get my food, drink, ketchup (it'sself-serve in a little cup, not in packets), napkins, etc. The main reason for a three start is because the dining room isnearly always dirty. Reminder, I was the 1st customer to walk in the dining area this morning, but a few tables had fried foodbreading crumbs on them, a chair had a used napkin on it, when I walked back and forth threw the area I felt and heard my shoessticking to the floor, and my table I sat at was ultra sticky. I don't know if it's the coating on the wood table, but Icouldn't slide my phone out of the way and when I picked it up, you could hear the crackling of the substance. It didn't leave aresidue, but it's unpleasant. I've managed a restaurant before, and I always had every table cleaned every night, and we'll asthe floors swept and mopped. I must say that the food was hot, fresh, and fantastic... But I think that's only because I wasthere when they opened up. I've had mostly mediocre food while dining here in the past. Ordered a wrap and there were little fuzzies all over it, like someone had a cotton glove on putting the wrap together. The the... curly fries had a nice big curly hair in them.... get what you pay for I guess... Read more
In this country right now, we are averaging $5. - $9.00 a gallon for gas! If you're closed for a staff meeting or store... emergency, than advertise accordingly. Put signs on the door and drive-thru that states you are closed to your customers, andwhy. If not, that's false advertisement. They have now canceled my online order twice in the past 24 hours. I just wanted cheese sticks ??????? I tip well, order enough... food to make delivery worth while .... Now I'm done. We were 3 people, the cashier took really long to take our order, he looked distracted, super slow and careless, they delivered... our sandwiches smashed and my cherry turnover cold as f@$#. We were the only ones dining in, and all the tables were dirty, wehave to clean one to sit. There wouldn't care about nothing, very bad service. Read more
Ketchup dispensers were empty, and the first two tables we tried were dirty. However the food was good and the staff was nice.
