This Hut is the WORST! It took 2 hrs from start to finish to get food delivered... I got a text and it took them an hour to make... a 7 min drive from restaurant to my door! When I called they kept me on hold and had to call from a different number for them tojust pick up the phone hang up because I called to complain about the wait time!!! Pizza hut has a family box with a variety of items. They promised it in 15 minutes. It was ready curbside, hot and delicious. I... will definitely order again. Looking forward to trying the pasta and the calzones next time. Read more
They've always been nice and no issues with the food. Seems like a well run Pizza Hut.
Never got the pizza they made my order wrong and I waited an hour for it ro be remade.i asked for it to be free due to the time... wasted and the fact that my persom i was ordering it for was diabetic and been waiting so long for the pizza the girl just givesme my money back without the pizza not caring about me wasting an hour waiting for noting. Ordered a medium pizza with a large pan chocolate chip cookie. Paid $25 for the privilege! Placed the order over the phone and... when I questioned the cashier she explained that internet orders (the deals at least) are less expensive. The food was barelyedible. The quality of Pizza Hut has gone down over the years, but this is the worse that I?ve seen it. Other cheap pizzaoptions taste better, and cost far less. Read more
This was the worst ever. Took hour and half for pizza, employees on phone were laughing when I called, driver parked at end of... block called me to come get my pizza and then hung up on me, and when she finally brought to my door she threw my receipt on theground and walked away didnt even wait for her tip. This location and employees have no care for customer service. If u dontlike ur job find another dont bring the company down. I was also told by manager that I wasnt the only one who complained aboutthe driver so why would u keep sending her out to do deliveries then. I will never order from this location again. And the sadpart is nobody really cares about the complaints to begin with. Read more
This location my children loved to order from it was delicious, fast service, and clean. It?s apparent that the current staff... working there are all uneducated, Ignorant and have no real training on customer service or experience. I?m very disappointed in the food that we received. I ordered three of the pizza melts they were hard and dry. I spent 29.79... they only want to give a credit for 15.00 I was surprise that the food was so poorly made. Very disappointing. Read more
