My biggest fear is placing large orders over the phone.. something ALWAYS goes wrong. I decided to try with Charmz. Ordered... lunch for 11 different people. Everyone wanted something completely different. It was a pleasure to call a restaurant, begreeted, have the person taking your order so attentive that they read back the order twice, was hot fresh and ready in a decenttime and EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT! I have had over 10 catering orders from here and I have NEVER been disappointed! I loved going to ACES due to having great food... in the kitchen. I will recommend Charmz Kitchen to any and everyone! My personal favorites are the Philly egg rolls. I?m big onsupporting black businesses and Charmz Kitchen is absolutely one of my favorites. Read more

I have been eating here atleast 3 times a week since they moved from aces. After I received my catering order this thanksgiving... i will not return ever again?the dressing was horrible my dog literally would not eat i threw it away immediately after tastingit and the macaroni was burnt so my family did not have dressing or macaroni this year ???? Went in to order 6 wings with BBQ sauce on the wings and mild sauce on the fries. Must've told the young lady that repeatedly... 4-5 times and there was no mild sauce on the fries. Also there was barely any fries. I was given only about 15-20 individuallittle fries with my 6 wing dinner and I knew the container of food felt very light when she handed it to me. Overall, I wascheated out of my money and I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning. Tried to support a black owned businessbut look how I'm treated. Shame Read more

My fave place to eat. My family came from out of town, we are here twice! Charm catered brunch and the next day made soul food... FYE! Other than that I eat here on the regular and love the egg rolls 11/10 Read more
