We normally go to the one off 24th Street that is at the truck stop and get a little better service even though there is not... much Seating. I usually get whatever I feel like for a sandwich thrown on salad and I got chicken bacon with all the trimmingson a salad at this location but did not care for it they no longer chop the salads I was told so was awkward to eat and I putCaesar dressing on it but for some reason the chicken tasted like tuna to me. Terrible customer service. Tried to call to order carry out for twenty minutes and no one answered. Drove to Same Subway at... 1200 Woodbury, Council Bluffs Iowa. I went to the drive up window and was told they didn?t answer the phone because they weretoo busy. There were only 2 customers in the store. She refused to take my order and told me I could come in and order. Shewould not listen to me. She walked away. I?m glad she did. I left and went to Jimmy John?s and I will never go to Subway again. I took advantage of my coupon of three 12 inch sandwiches for about $19. The server put way too much sweet onion sauce on the... sandwiches. Next time I probably will say none when it comes to that part. Read more
