We got the opportunity to try their food when the food truck was at the Breezy Hill Vineyard in Minden (we live outside Neola)... and it was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had! This review is only on service, as I have not had their food. But I had heard enough great things that I wanted them to cater... our 25th wedding anniversary. The initial conversation I gave her the date (it was available). It was a matter of scheduling atasting. So, I have stopped in several times during open hours and no one there. I tried calling too many times to count andleft many messages. Also. sent messages from website and email. I called today during closed ours and they answer. She tells methe date is booked. While traveling cross country, we stumbled on this little gem. We love non-?big box? restaurants that serve old world, made from... scratch food. This family owned place makes REAL Italian cuisine at great prices. I had homemade pasta with homemade marinarasauce and homemade Italian sausage. It was next level. Read more

The lasagna was amazing! The sauce was the best sauce I've ever had! We really enjoyed the diablo pasta with mostaccioli... noodles! You could tell the noodles where homemade! The mozzarella sticks and cheese ravioli we're also very good. We had thechurros with Bavarian cream they were good but I would have liked a side of Bavarian cream with it! Read more

So delicious! We had the pleasure of trying their food truck @ full fledged brewing. We had an hour drive back the cabin we had... rented and they were so kind to back our things securely and separated so that they stayed fresh on the drive. 10/10 wouldrecommend! Read more
