Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER HERE! The driver we had last time was extremely unprofessional and gave us an attitude about the... directions to our apartment and we called management about the issue. We heard no updates or solutions made for our horribleservice for months, even when we called and left messages on their system. When my husband ordered delivery recently, they endedup banning him for having deliveries due to "threats" we made. This is not true and we called management only for updates on thesituation and this was their way to "resolve" it. We were never called or notified about them banning him either. Theirunprofessional serivce is appaling and disgusting and quite frankly the food is not great either. Save the heartache and go tothe one on W Broadway. This place should've been shut down long ago (Also this place from when we went to pick up the foodourselves and the place was quite gross and dirty). Read more
Place is a joke..manager is rude. While i was waiting in my online order. The cook made the same pizza 4 times and it was still... wrong , cook also left the lid on the personal pan pizza and cooked the plastic lid with the pizza Read more
ATTENTION, Let me tell you about how horrible my experience was at pizza hut. I ordered my food as normal on the website... expecting to get there at the pick up time to pick up my order and take it home.... now my food was 45.78 in total so I quicklychecked my wallet and decided to head to the restaurant to pick it up. We'll, when I went into the unwelcoming environment ofpizza hut I was greeted with a grumpy, tired and unprofessional women in a beanie. I attempted to pay for the order knowingexactly how much the payment was for and also acknowledging that my pizza was right behind her ready to go. I handed her cashwhen she says "we don't take 50's or 100's!"( My order was 45 dollars!! Why can't you not make change for 5 dollars?) I decidedto exit the building and go to the closest store (where I could have just got 6 frozen pizzas for the same price as the pizza Iordered and called it a day) and break the same 50 dollar bill that I attempted to pay the grump earlier. I walked back into thelair of the grump again to get my food for the second time and hand the woman the amount that is owed, Annoyed and confused Iasked "why couldn't you just make change for the 5 dollars" she replied with "I'll get fired if I accept it" after getting mycold food from having to run down the street to the store (remember they have a whole freezer section FULL of pizza) I expressedmy thoughts to the staff members how ridiculous this was and that this procedure should have been explained to me when I placedthe order online. This pizza hut location has solidified our decision to switch to dominos. It had been a while since we ate pizza hut and now we... remember why. We called the store to order and we asked what the specials were. The employee on the phone said she didnt knowthat they were online. I said i would call back once we figured it out. I ended up completing the order online but the dropdown for pickup time was too small maybe because i picked the wrong time to pick up by 15 minutes (my fault) i called the storeto ask them if they could have it ready 15 minutes later and the same employee said they dont have ability to change anythingand they do orders when they receive them. Seems reasonable enough but the biggest issue is the tone of voice the person used.As if i was inconsiderate of her time. Pizza hut used to pride themselves in pizza and customer service. Now its just sub parproduct and people that hate their job. I challenge anyone to call a dominos and see if they get the same reaction on thebusiness end of the phone. Read more
Too bad as I used to tell people how good your pizza was even when they all said I was nuts! I ordered thin and crispy crust... (since they were out of hand tossed)?with white sauce. Think there was no sauce. My son and I could not chew the crust ( verydry brown or burned and tasteless) I knew something was wrong when I lifted the box. Too light like nothing there. I took itback and the manager says it?s not burned and made me feel foolish. Like I was somone who always complains and just wantedsomthing free. Not the case! We ordered pick up from this location recently and it was fabulous. Highly recommend the spicy lovers chicken pizza! The spicy... marinara and the spice blend made it memorable ???? Also got stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, breadsticks with marinara sauce andmy favorite the chicken alfredo pasta. All loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly. Read more
I do alot of online orders. You took away the option to schedule pick up or delivery for a later time. Your website frequently... glitches and the store screws up my orders fairly frequently. Also they shut the store down fairly often. I understand this isa franchise store but where are the standards? I have to purchase from them as they are the only pizza huts around my town. Dobetter or perhaps you will see customers go away. You already got rid of all the sit down pizza huts. My family has to drive 15+miles for that. Unforgivable. Read more
