I'm so sad. First time order. Had Uber eats grab it. My daughter's order was wrong. We walked into the house to get one of the... ingredients they forgot (jalapeños) and the 2 mins we were inside my dog ate mine! What either of us got to eat was tastythough. I'm so disappointed. Read more

We stopped at Pepperjax on 7/23. I had been looking forward to having Pepperjax on a recent trip from Virginia. Pepperjax was... one of my food destinations as I have loved thier food for years. We placed our order and while waiting in line on of theworkers told 2 separate customers to "get out" in a threatening way, until the person in charge told him to go in back. We gotour food and I paid the bill, which was almost $50.00 only to be told they were out of au jus. WHAT? I was not happy, isn't aujus a staple of Pepperjax? Were they truly "out" or just didn't want to make more? Needless to say, the food was awful!! Verydisappointing experience and bad food. Will question going to Pepperjax the next time I'm in Iowa.
