Worst customer service. One of the girl that was helping me was on her phone while doing my fruits smoothie And did not clean... her hands. And she stop to answer a text on her phone and when I got my smoothie it was pure runny/water it was horrible I had to throw it away. Usually very good service and they change out the flavors monthly of the frozen yogurt. I usually get one of the protein... smoothies or one of the tropical ones and add protein. Almond milk is also available for substitution in the smoothies. Read more

Was very upset when I made visit and was told I'd be charged double what I was paying. This place was rude and customer service... very bad. I will making a call to orange leaf corporate about this franchise. When told management wouldn't do anything reallyabout this visit the owner reached out and said next visit on us. I received a 20 gift card and this was ridiculous because whenI was in there are normal 15 to was going to be 23 dollars. What a joke the owner sent a gift card not even covering the visitwe had previously made. We left the 3 ice creams on counter to melt. Do not go here you will be dissatisfied with customerservice. This not the first time that i come here and the fruit tastes like it?s gone bad. I got my cup and added my toppings and the... oranges and the mango taste horrible like it?s gone very bad i immediately spit it out of how awful it tastes. And the peopleworking here don?t seem to care. I agree with the people who say you enter the store and there is no employees to be foundanywhere in site and are rude and do not greet. or care that their supplies have gone bad. Very poor service. Cups and an ounce of froyo get charged....do NOT let your kid handle the levers. I did not want any....for some reason after I... told them I didn't want it they brought me a sample cup of what I just told em...then at the register they said I could justthrow the sample away...I asked what about the cup I have in the pic and they stated that they have to charge for it ...I'vealways disliked this place, this just makes it worse.
