Havent had KFC in years and itll never happen again. I ordered a 10 pc extra crispy, and I requested it be dropped fresh I even... said I didn't care how long it took. They decided to take some old chicken dip it in the grease for 2 seconds and then give itto me assuring me that it just came up. Really nice staff but this is unacceptable. Read more
Went through the drive through 30 minutes before closing time. They were out of almost all food so I asked them to sell me what... they had left and make me a deal on the food. The gal agreed but when we got home half the stuff she told us would be in theorder was not. We basically got a 16 piece of wings with fries, corn, coleslaw for $30. No more food from here for us! Bought a bucket of 8 pieces. Worst chicken. Over cooked in old oil. Even left a "sticky film" in my mouth. Won't buy ever again.
The food's good. However. My family and I went through the drive-thru after grocery shopping, and my mother ordered 1 mac and... cheese, and 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. What did we get? 2 mac and cheeses, and 1 mashed potatoes and 2 gravy's, which makeszero sense at all. My mother was very clear when ordering. The cashier repeated the order, the same way my mother had orderedit, and yet it was still wrong! The employees need to get their act together, because stuff like this is why they lose business. The Madison Ave location was out of chicken at 6:15 on a Sunday night. Ummm?isn?t that dinnertime? It was a 17 minute wait for... ANY white meat chicken. They said they had dark meat. Ok so I had to negotiate for chicken I asked if I could have chickentenders in place of breasts. At first they said no, then said ok and do I want the rest in drumsticks, I said sure because myfamily would love that. So I get home with dinner and there are 4 chicken tenders and 4 drumsticks, supposedly the equivalent toan 8 piece bucket. I don?t think so. That wasn?t even enough food to feed my family of 4, 2 adults and 2 boys. Ridiculous! Themanager was let?s say less than helpful when we called about it later. Needless to say, I?m sitting here hungry because I let mykids have most of the chicken. Read more
Excellent, fast service, polite staff. The lobby is still closed due to COVID. Word of warning for all you 1 ton trucks getting... food for your crews, this drive through is very narrow. You can make it, but it is tight. Read more
All the drive through workers I've ever had at the window were super friendly. The food is always on par when I come to this... location. Once they were out of sandwiches and they made up for it with a cookie. I'm about that kind of service! Read more
