I have eaten at this location many times and never had a problem. Today when I ordered, apparently there was some... miscommunication , I wanted a meal ,and not just a sandwich and a drink. When I asked about the chips, I was told that that wasnot what I ordered. Instead of trying to make the order correct, she insisted that ,that's what I ordered and that's all I wasgetting. 4th time in a row (at 3 different stores) that they were unable to make the correct sandwich for me. They simply don't know how... to read their own menu to make a no.7 spicy east coast Italian. Literally 4x in a row it was a reg Italian without hot peppers,vinegar or oil - all of which it clearly says on the menu. Try ordering the no.7 and I almost guarantee you'll get a regularItalian with just lettuce onion tomato and mayo. I'll never go again. Little King and Jersey Mike's are both waaaay betteranyway.
