My girlfriend and I had the best experience tonight with the server/bartender Natalie. She is very attentive and welcoming. Made... sure our drinks were made just how we asked because I?m picky. She gave us suggestions for what to eat because we?ve never beento a hooters. Will definitely be coming back and requesting Natalie as my server. Best experience I?ve had in a long time! I?ve had good & bad visits at this location, but decided to give it a try. Natalie was... taking care of me, normally I go alone, and she made it such a great experience. She provided excellent service, excellentconversation & made me want to come back more frequently. Food was hot and fast, service was some of the best I?ve seen at anybar and grill. Beer was cold and served quickly. She seemed to be busy but was able to keep on top of it all. Victoria is the best! I?ve never met someone cooler! The most beautiful woman I?ve ever met. Best server ever!!! She made sure... everything was perfect with our order. The burger was good but most the fries were little pieces, like I got the ones from the bottom of the bag. The waitress was... excellent. I do prefer the old orange shorts over the new black ones which makes the girls look like they are wearing a blackleotard. Read more
Won't be back to buy food here ever again. Husband never had hooters before & wont ever again now. Got food to go to bring to... him at work not far away. My $12 burger looked like a slider, and the meat didn't even cover the bun, his wasn't much better.His fries were cold & hard, like they were old. I also ordered a chicken Caesar salad, which came on a bed of ice berg, withtomatoes, cucumbers which I can't stand, mixed shredded cheese and ranch dressing. Not at all what I ordered. Very annoyed. I stopped into Hooters in Council Bluffs, IA on Friday 8/5/22 to have dinner and had the extreme Pleasure of being served by... Victoria who is a bartender/server at this location. I was so very much impressed not only on how absolutely amazingly gorgeousshe is but even more by how great she is at her job and how nice, kind and smart she is. In all my travels in the US and othercountries; Victoria is the most beautiful and talented bartender/server I?ve ever had wait on me! She was also the busiest anddid the most multi tasking of anyone ever I?ve seen. It was an honor and a pleasure meeting her and having her serve me. I was staying in CB for a poker tournament for 5 nights this week and ate at this establishment 4 times. You couldnot ask for better bartenders/ servers or service than both Victoria and Natalie provided! They are both Awesome! And The foodwas very good! I had bacon burgers and tater tots and they were prepared excellently. Hats off to the management, cooks andespecially to Victoria and Natalie! I would suggest that anyone traveling thru the Council Bluffs area should stop in andexperience this very well run establishment and have the pleasure of having Victoria and Natalie serve you!!!
