I go to this trap almost every morning because my mom likes the gravy. The pathetic worker couldn't get the order right. I go... back the next morning and the worker still stuck in Kindergarten and doesn't know how to serve people. As I asked for the drinkshe missed whole screwing up the whole order. HER RESPONSE WASN'T WORTHY OF A CHILD. HARDEES SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES ANDHIRE PEOPLE WITHOUT a christian nationalist viewpoint AND at least a Kindergarten education. YOU DID ME A FAVOR! How hard is it to make a hamburger and not be a jerk? Apparently too Hardee's for these guys. Someone should let them know... there's lots of other places to eat within spring distance. Terrible service and terrible food. Stay away. Read more
The food is very good. I love the sour dough bread option. It is nice to have a change in how your burger is served. The... roast beef is my husband's favorite thing here. The fries were hot, the place was clean and the employees were great. We willgo back. Read more
My bad. Won't happen again. Not the driver's issue either. Ordered for delivery. After the order placed, looking over the... receipt. Almost 3 bucks delivery fee...almost 3 bucks service fee. For what? And don't get creative with words Hardee'smanagement. Just about 6 Bucks! Not blowing smoke or talking out my rear...Hardee's has lost 3 customers. Paid a tip also to thedriver. Driver said.. we don't get 100% of the service fee or delivery fee. Door Dash. What's with 2 fee's? Hurting for moneythat much that you screw over customers?? The almost 6 dollar fees were added to the Hardee's receipt. So...Door Dash gets partof the 2 separate fees as does Hardee's and the driver. Screwing over customers..already paid for the food. First time used adelivery service. We learned. Learned to not get screwed again. Yes, very disappointed in Hardee's. Almost 6 bucks added fordeliver and we still tipped the driver for the cold meal. SUPER nice and helpful staff. They went to check ingredients for me and everything. Everyone is very nice, good attitudes, and... it?s really clean. I saw them wipe down and clean everything during down time. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time.Also, heard some pretty fabulous singing coming from the kitchen. After 8 minutes of watching the guys take out the trash and the lady doing something on computer (guy was taking orders) I just... left. No reason to have a kitchen so disgusting that you need to take out the trash instead of helping customers.... for thelunch rush of ZERO. BUT, the blessings are at Freddy's.
