I ordered something $45 Worth of food. I never received it. They then told me they would refund it. I was fine with that. After... 10 days I never received a refund, call the store and they never refunded it an credited the account. I then just call back torecieve that credit and the guy that works there is absolutely terrible last time he was no help and today he hung up on me!!!This guy who works there is absolutely TERRIBLE and should probably be retrained with customer service! Well when I called for a delivery, the guy couldn't get his computer working, he didn't understand the numbers I was telling him... was my phone number, I had to tell him several times what my number was. I told him that I wanted what I got the last time whichis a medium meat specialty and a medium cheese on golden crust with cheese sticks, he said ok it will be a hour fifteen minutes,we waited (family supper), when pizza came there was no cheese pizza!! I try to love this place, but every time I order something is always wrong. I try to stay kind and understanding, but now I just... know to try a different location like aksarben. I really hope if I do try again that I can count on my order being right. Lasttime we ordered taco they didn?t put any toppings on- it was just a hamburger pizza basically lol. Every time I have ordered from here, we've had problems. They use Doordash for delivery and the drivers continue to steal our... orders! The first time, my 2-liter was stolen and the pizza was horrible to the point I had to drive there to get it replaced.Tonight, my entire $50+ order was never delivered. I was told by the manager they have had many problems with the deliveries SOWHY DO THEY CONTINUE TO USE DOORDASH? Getting our money returned has been an issue and the staff at this location are highlydisrespectful and rude when problems arise. Do not recommend. Read more
Ordered pizza for delivery at 5:03pm. Received my confirmation email stating my pizza would arrive at 6:15pm. Great! At 6:24pm I... received a text from Door Dash that my pizza would be arriving at 6:56pm. I was a little annoyed... I didn't know it was beingdelivered by Door Dash and if I would have known it would take the pizza I ordered at 5pm 2 hours to get to my house I wouldhave just picked it up myself. But, as long as the pizza was hot and yummy I wasn't going to be too upset. At 6:55pm my pizzaarrived .. they were room temperature. I don't blame door dash at all. Read more
Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be 45 minutes. 10 minutes after I ordered the pizza my daughter called and... needed picked up and since it has only been 10 minutes since I ordered I went ahead to go pick her up at 30 minutes after I mademy order I got a text message saying that doordash was at my address to deliver the pizza. I call the number provided in thetext message and told them that I was not at home but to please leave the pizza on the porch they said okay. Then I get anothertext message saying that my pizza would be at Godfathers. I text back and asked if they could please just leave it at my doorand I got the response of yes. When I get home there was no pizza any where. I immediately called the door dash driver and heanswered then hung up before I could even say hello. So I call the Godfathers location and it was closed so noone answered mycall. My card was already charged. I hope Ron with door dash enjoyed the pizza I bought. Ordered my pizza almost 2 hours ago. The delivery driver showed up to my house, didn?t even come to the front door and left... without dropping off my order. Call the office to see what is going on and I am told that they can?t get ahold of the driver. Ididn?t realize that it was this much of a process to get one single pizza. With how pricey the food already is, one would thinkthey would be able to provide a good service. Read more
Online ordering chose this location as default and gave me no choice that I saw for time of delivery. There was no way to cancel... order even though i was ordering at 11:30am and the delivery time it chose was 4:00pm. It makes zero sense, the confirmationorder email had no cancel link and there was no way to cancel on the site. I called another godfathers to ask how to cancel andgot no help at all. Worst customer service ever, Godfathers you can do better. Read more
