Ordered Pizza via the app. Never had issues with Any Casey's. Arrived to get the pizza according to the pick up time, and... ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes as the employees were too busy talking about drama to care about making. Visited the store on Sunday, May 15th. I was so disappointed I decided to write a message with Corporate in their comment... section. Let's just say everything was wrong from the parking lot to the bathroom to the trash on the floor throughout thestore. If I were the Regional Manager I would make this store my top priority with many surprise visits until everything isfixed. This was by far the worst Casey's I've ever been to. Stopped in last night before heading to the casino. Horrible decision!!! Cashier was rude had her phone on speaker phone talking... to her mom complaining about her job. She had no customer service skills at all. Mop bucket was full just sitting in walkway.Bathroom disgusting with chemicals left on counter. Very disappointed!!!!! Read more
I walked in got 2 pops went up to the counter. A heavyset gal was on the register to the left side when you come in door all the... way down. She rang up my 2 pops I asked her for cigarettes so she walked up to the front counter to get them held them up tomake sure they were the right ones. As she was doing this a man and woman walked in the door. She sat my smokes down and askedwho?s next? The old man started counting out money for gas. The workers making food wear headphones and have absolutely no awareness when a customer is trying to pick up or place an order....
