Worst experience at Casey?s after being a long time customer I will never go to Memorial Highway Cayseys again. I walked in... about 6:50 PM. Lady in the back leaned up on her phone I assumed my pizza was in the oven and she gave me looks like she didn?twanna deal with the customer and face back in her phone. after 20 minutes standing there not being acknowledged I finally saidsomething behold my pizza was sitting there waiting for me. I I told the ladys you know I?ve been standing here nobody?sacknowledged me that my pizza was ready she turned defensive when I was gonna walk away and accept it but her attitude changedmy mind. employees could of took the time to say ?sir how can I help you ,are you here for a pizza ? this all could?ve beenavoided but instead they want to ignore a customer. I know the employees do not care but hopefully the higher ups care abouthow they treat customers.after dropping some of my order on the floor, she offers to remake what what she dropped. I asked her Iwould like all of it remade. Which she replies to me ?I?m not remake it? . Her coworker tells her to remake it.she does. shebegins and she?s dragging it at this point trying to make me wait even longer. I then asked again to simply give me a refundbecause at this point it?s almost been an hour since I was supposed to have this order completed. the another employee had theaudacity to tell me ?I bet you won?t get a refund ?.I had another employee call the manager he gave me my refund. so they hadthe young lady make my pizza order all over again for nothing. Employees say that it?s my fault that I wasn?t helped when theysaw me standing there for 20 mins where it says ?pizza pickup? after I say some thing then they want to ignore me because theyrather not deal with the customer. Waited over an hour for my pizzas to be delivered only to find out it was just sitting at the store and never left. Called them... to see about it and they "didn't know what to say to me", exact words. Asked if my pizzas have just been sitting there for anhour and was reassured they weren't. Finally got here 2 hours later and it's old and stale like I thought. Don't order pizzafrom this location. Read more
Fantastic Pizza and a great company Casey's which is midwest owned chain has the best Pizza and don't forget the Donuts they... rock also. I have been going to Casey's since the '80's and consider it my home, the location off 153rd and Q is closest to homenow and it is a clean and tightly ran store. Read more
Ladies at the front are not too friendly and even rude depending on whos working. They all mostly have the same attitude. Night... pizza people are very rude and never have pizza and if they do its never fresh. The store is kinda dirty and stinks real badeverytime im in there. On the bright side its cloae to my house. Only one cashier at at a time at rush hour. Ridiculous. Customer backed up 6 or 7 deep. And they are painfully slow
