I took my grandchildren for dinner, they wanted chicken "nuggets". It took awhile for someone to come up and take us to our... seating, no problem as it was a Saturday and game day. We placed our order and got settled in. They brought out one grandchild'smeal first , then later another grandchild's. By the time my pizza was delivered my grandkids were done eating and we had notgotten our appetizer yet. I tried their new pizza and was disappointed, the bbq sauce was over powering for me. When asked theythen brought out the appetizer, onion rings. They were void of flavor and I felt a bit undercooked. Overall I was not pleasedwith the timing of when the food came out, we were not able to have our meal together. Nor was the overall flavor of the foodenjoyable. The menu has changed. Several items were removed including basic fares like chicken quesadillas and my go-to chicken sandwich. ... Unfortunately we had already ordered drinks before we discovered this. We paid for our drinks and left. The wait staff wasfriendly but the menu changes mean we won't be back. Read more
Haven?t been to This location in about 3 years. Today went for lunch. Attempted to order an appetizer of onion rings for about 8... bucks. Was informed I could not order this as the onion rings are now only served with the ?sampler? which is 15.00. I onlywanted the onion rings?.was told that this is exclusive to this BWW. I should have learned my lesson when he closes store down so he wouldn't have to do any VA free meals. By far worst dining... experience of my life. It started off with the host would not give me the the both that I asked for. There was nobody sittingthere , it was not reserved, he just wouldn't give me that one. No excuse why. I ordered a Dr Pepper it came back allcarbonation no no syrup and then to get a new one it took almost 30 minutes. I ordered a 30 piece medium I know what mediumshould be and how hot it it was way too hot I don't know if they're trying to burn the waitress to get rid of her since she wasnew and this was the way they figured to do it or what but I've been eating hot wings all my life and man that was way hotterthan medium. Our waitress was amazing. She always checked in and made sure everything was okay. Our food in the other hand was terrible. The... wings were dry and cold, even looked they were old and sitting out. And there was even a piece of hair somehow wrapped aroundone of the wings. The waitress did try to make it better but we lost our appetite so it didn?t matter. Poor excuse for a salad I paid $10 for. Do not go to this location. I?m a long time BWs lover but that is pathetic. Everyone?s... to go orders we?re 15-20 minutes late and it wasn?t busy. Literally disgusting, no other words. Our wings were absolutely terrible and itty bitty and seriously so burnt that no meat was... left on the bone. Look at how tiny these are? How could anyone justify charging people for wings this bad? Our poor littleserver was so busy she never even returned to the table until we were paying. We bought extra to take home and left them on theplate not even bothering to get a box at that point Bc no one would eat them. Started off being told we would have to wait 20 minutes but look and see the building is only half full no worries. Get seated... and place an order. After about an hour they came with my wife and my kids food which was cold and said they were going to checkon my food. 15 minutes go buy and I finally get my wings WINGS mind you but not my fries.
