We walked in and sat ourselves just like everyone else. We sat for 20 minutes before we were even approached for drinks. Took 25... minutes to get a menu. Once our waiter took our order we had to wait another 25/30 minutes for food which was just french toastwith bacon, & biscuits and gravy with american fries. Once we received our food, the french toast was burnt and covered inpowdered sugar to hide my fiancés american fries that were burnt to a crisp. We?ve been here before and have never receivedthis bad service. very disappointed. Read more
I love that they have buffet plus regular menu to choose from. Very friendly staff, place is very clean. The decor is rustic and... very inviting. Food was perfect! They have huge cookies and pie is so good. Cake is amazing also. Read more
Everything was great, stocked, hot foods were hot and freash. Chicken stuffed with artichoke and spinach was my fav! Salad bar... was a favorite of our group... Staff was super friendly. Only complaint I have was the margarita- it was too tangy and too muchmixer. Honestly didn't even taste like a margarita. Other than that, everything was awesome, and when we come back to The Grandnext year we will be back for more! Read more
We had the buffet. It was fresh and hot and they kept bringing fresh hot food out for the buffet. They was busy. Staff was... friendly. A waitress that wasn't even ours asked if she could get us refills when she noticed we need it refills. I know at alot of restaurants waitresses doesn't ask other tables if they need anything. Our waitress was already on her way to get ourrefills. I believe we will be a returning customer. Read more
First trip to this restaurant, was recommended by other attendees of Grand American shooting event. Apparently we stopped in on... buffet night, but ordered from menu. Did not see anything in the place that looked bad. All main entrees are prepared in-house,including desserts. Prices were very competitive, as well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with an appetite, asportions were very generous. Will be back again, I'm sure. Read more
We waited for quite awhile and no one ever came to table to ask our drink order or give us menus. My boyfriend had to stop a... waitress to get them, and she was a waitress for a different section. Same happened with the bill. The waitress from a differentsection even came by to check on us to see if we needed anything. Good on buffet wasn't very good either. . Read more
Great find in a small town. This was my second visit. Had fried pickle chips as an appetizer (good, but could have been cooked a... bit longer; the batter was very pale), I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, and my cousin ordered the Inside Out Burger. Servicewas great, and they have Pepsi products, as is common in these parts. Cousin loved the burger, we both loved the regular fries(they serve FIVE varieties, yay!), but the chicken fried steak was tough; I ate about 1/3 if it and did not bring the leftovershome.
