This is the second time we come to this branch of Saboy. They always have a shortage of types of meat or vegetables that are... placed in sandwiches where they are empty, and the worker who made the sandwiches puts very little material and this issomething they are not used to in other branches of Saboy. I work nearby, and have had consistently great service from this location for 2+ years now. The staff is friendly, upbeat, and... energetic. I have yet to see someone slog their way through an order, and always feel that the staff is doing their best to makemy order as quickly as possible - something much appreciated on tight lunch runs. I'll be sad when these guys move a milefurther from me later on this year, but I will still be making the drive. A+ Read more
I would give them negative stars if I could. Been there a couple of times but will not be back. Horrible customer service but... all the young kids chatting in Spanish and not paying attention. Been here twice in last 2 months. Very friendly service with lots of patience. Today went there to order 3 Sweet Onion Chicken... Teriyaki footlongs loaded with ALL the toppings, pretty decent dinner for 6 people ^_^ Today the "Sandwich Artist" was a younglady who prepared all my sandwiches with a smile, and even gave me extra jalapeños separately when I asked. At the end when Iwent to pay for my sandwiches I was surprised to see she changed me for only 2 subs...then she explained that they have a dealgoing on of "Buy 2 Footlongs, Get One Free"...not bad, not bad at all!!
