Love this place but sad that they got rid of their to-stay re usable containers. Everything comes in plastic and I find it so... wasteful. If I?m dining in, why do I need everything wrapped in toxic plastic? Please fix this, protein foundry!!! Read more
Just tried PF for the first time. When I walked in the energy there was just chaotic. There were a LOT of employees seemingly... doing nothing but goofing off (which is fine when there isn?t anything to do?but there was a line). After placing my order Iwaited for way too long. After noticing someone way behind me got their food first, I went to the pickup area and saw my orderjust sitting there surrounded by MANY other orders. My name was never called out. Or, if they did call it out, it wasn?t loudenough, as the music playing overhead was just too loud. The girl behind me walked out without her food as she was also tired ofwaiting. (My guess is her order had been made and like mine, not called out.) The food is ok. It?s overpriced for what it is,but it?s not bad. I could be talked into going again (and would like to) if the customer service side of things improves. I?msure my order would?ve been better if I had gotten it after it was made. As someone who has worked in the food industry, Ihighly recommend getting a system set up so there?s a flow. There was no flow. Just chaos. Some leadership and direction wasdefinitely lacking. I?ve worked in a pizza place with less people and gotten orders out faster than what happened here. Read more
First time trying the Protein Foundry?wow!!! I got an açaí bowl and avocado toast. The best açaí bowl I have found in the... Salt Lake City area. Both items were so good. I will keep coming back. I love this place, my only regret is not finding itsooner! Read more

Tasty acai bowls and avocado toast. There could be more variety on the menu and items become overpriced when you include add-ons
Delicious! I had the chocovado and had them blend peanut butter into the base along with adding it to the top. Love that it has... avocado blended in also! Kind of loud with the blender always going, so not a place you can really study. Also, I?ve been therea few times and none of the employees ever smile or have a warm greeting. It is, however, very clean. ***Update*** Secondvisit: I ordered the Velvet Samba with PB added to the mix and top. Not quite filled to the top, like last time. Maybe it?sdependent off the type of bowl ordered?? I did ask for Maca powder as an extra but nobody here seemed to know what that was eventhough it shows on the menu. Third visit: Every time I come here the quality is inconsistent. Ordered a keto shake and ittasted like a blend of ice. Not smooth and wouldn?t sip through the straw. Unlikely to return soon.
