I always come to this Starbucks because they have awesome baristas (Josefina, Natalie and Savannah). They know my name and usual... drink. I don?t mind waiting in line if they are busy because they always get it right! I also have a weakness for Starbuckstumblers and they always have lots of them available. Read more

I have preferred the one in Sedona but decided to see the one down in Cottonwood. Needless to say, they are out of a lot of... things it seems like, it's incredibly slow even with short lines. Been inside the store a few times, It's clean. Read more
It seems there has been a staff shortage lately. Sometimes, order ahead is not available and sometimes the lobby is closed.... Usually, they remember to post a sign that says drive through only. When this happens the drive through works at a reasonablespeed. If order ahead is available, it is super fast and it's easy to park at Home Depot and walk across the street to avoidthe Starbucks parking lot completely. Read more

Anti American company offering high priced coffee and frozen breakfast sandwiches. No reason for anyone to support this company.... They literally hate our country.. plus the coffee is terrible. Employees work hard and do well but the brand is horrible. Read more
