the staff is nice and always get the order correct but while ordering in the drive thru are a little rude and in such a rush to... move on to the next person saying "are you done yet" after each item even if it's just 3 drinks and a croissant, they seem upsetfor us ordering multiple things and trying to rush us along. The manager of this Starbucks is not doing their job. This Starbucks is always out of product. No Apple, No Chai etc. There is... no sign up )which would be the managers job) letting people know before they enter the drive through that they are out ofproduct. So what happens is you get stuck sitting in the drive through even though you didn't order. You have to wait in thedrive through just stuck there because people behind you. If this were my store I would be ordering product making sure we don'trun out. Please bring in a new manager. Read more
I come here often, and 20% of the time, I actually get what I order. They're either out of something or just make a mistake.... Right now I'm sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes so far. They're out of what we wanted, so I'm wasting my time fornothing. I feel like they could put out a sign that the store is out of a popular item so it can be seen before you're trappedin a drive through. Management here doesn't seem to be proactive at all in employee training either. Read more

Customer service is normally for the brand name. This could not have been more rude. Booming voice male (manager) Saturday... August 13 2022 12:30ish refused to grind a bag of Starbucks coffee purchased at Costco. REASON IS IT IS NOT SAME COFFEE. Isorry??? U grind various flavors of coffee but Starbucks French Roast in a bag is not the same. BUYER BEWARE. I canceled mylatte. Starbucks cottonwood is in need of some training. Read more
Coffee is delicious as always. The service is quick and the staff is so friendly. Enough seating for everybody. It is situated... at a crossroad which makes it easily accessibles. Outside seating is cool and in the sun. Read more
