Good eats! Have eaten in only a few times. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and delicious cooked fresh food. +JMJ Saturday, 29... October 2022. UPDATE. Arrived at drive thru around 11:30 am and was pleasantly surprised there was no line. Yippee! Usually, Iwill drive by because of the line. Drive thru attendant was courteous. Service of my order was very prompt and correct! Myorder of Kung Pao chicken, Beef & Broccoli, and veggie fried rice, and 2 egg rolls was hot and very tasty. The entire meal wassatisfactory but I enjoyed the fried rice the most. The serving size was more than adequate. The non sticky, non oily rice withchopped veggies and egg was a delicious complement to the chicken (which was spicy) and Beef & Broccoli. Resisted thetemptation to eat the entire meal in one sitting. BUT, I devoured both egg rolls. The sweet sauce practically made those rolls adessert! Yummy! Never had a poor experience at any Panda Express. This location was no exception. Great staff, good food, hot n fresh.
Went to Cottonwood for the weekend. Got to town and wanted food. Everyone wanted Panda Express. Got there 5 minutes (or so)... after they had closed the dining room. An employee said that it was closed, but didn't mention that we could go through thedrive through. Saw other customers going through, so we decided to do that. Placed and paid for order. Told to wait in theparking lot. After 30 minutes of watching others get their orders, we walked up to the drive through. We were told that theydidn't have the order. Had to reorder the food and wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to prepare and bring it out. Gave usfree drinks and egg rolls, but it was not fun. The food was pretty bland. Not a good experience. After that, the whole weekend,we joked about having to go back to this Panda. Very unfortunate. The employees did not seem happy to have jobs. The guy thatbrought the food out was nice, though. This makes me reconsider any Panda Express in the future. Read more
Foods always great tasting but it?s a bummer to have to park in the front and wait 10-15 mins for my food everytime I come... through the drive through. Seems like they?re always out of something and it?s pretty irritating considering this is supposed tobe a fast food restaurant. Read more
Terrible. This is the second time we've tried Panda Express in Cottonwood-they didn't have brown rice available either time. The... second time I ordered white meat, paid for white meat, but didn't get white meat. That's it for me. Hopefully you'll have betterluck. Read more
I recieved a coupon in the mail for a buy one bowl get one free. So we went to this location and ordered that. When we handed... the lady the coupon she said it had ?already been used? even though I just got it out of my mailbox today and did not use it. Isat in their parking lot and did an online order where I was able to use the coupon just fine?. So if you try and use a couponhere just do an online order as the employees don?t know how to use them. Also food was soggy and gross. Read more
Dining room was randomly closed at 7pm on a Friday. I find it extremely disrespectful when a company wastes its customers' time... by not adhering to their posted hours. Won't ever waste my time driving here again, now that I know that they might just closewhenever they feel like it. Read more
