I usually go through the drive through and the people that are working the windows are not the friendliest people. If you ask... them a question once you get up to the windows, if they acknowledge your question, you may or may not get an answer. They act asif it's a bother for them to answer a question. They want your money and want you out of line. If it had only happened once Iwouldn't even be writing this review however the rushed feeling continues to get worse, even from some of the Management staff. Read more
Long wait to order, lots of ppl behind the counter, slow and unorganized. I witnessed orders prepared, number called, then... orders sat on counter for 20 mins, some not picked up by ANY customer. Employees not concerned that after waiting so longcustomers abandoned their order. Same scenario with my food, although I waited by the counter for it. Took an additional4minutes (!) to get someone's attention to ask for catsup. Finally sat down to eat, French fries and burger stone cold! Noevidence of a manager in the store. Workers in BAD need of training and motivation. Horrible food! I threw away half thehamburger and 3/4 of the fries. Terrible!!!!!???? Soft drinks tasted like the mix was wrong. Like anyone else, I've had my fair share of bad experiences at McDonald's over the years...but not this one. Being new to the... area over the last few months, I've been to this McDonald's a couple dozen times. The staff is always very friendly, the placeis clean and they get the order correct!! I love ordering ahead with the app! You can customize your items without feeling like a picky nag and can see the best way to... get a inexpensive meal! I spent $10 total on 2 meals!! The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is they have impatient childrenworking their that are under a high demanding job and when I ordered 2 drinks, both different, they tried to give me 2 of thesame drinks. As well as, when I pulled up to the order speaker they asked me what I wanted before I could be heard, so theymoved to the other lane, where someone had just arrived, while I had been waiting behind a bunch of people to be help forawhile(Sunday lunch rush). The cars ahead of me weren't moving quickly and then someone would pull into the second lane, causingus to wait longer because the second person had to merge into our lane to get their order. Presently in line in drive through 5/25/22 at 9:28 pm. Have been here 18 minutes, and would have left already if I wasn't... blocked in. Only 3 people have had their orders taken in that time. I could have had a sit-down dinner in the time it took forthem to get through 3 cars ahead of me, and I'm still waiting. More staff is needed? No explanation given. The design of this McDonald's is high tech and attractive. The premises were clean. Staff fulfilled my order promptly and... courteously. The $1 deal for any size coffee(I had a large of course)may be the best around. McD's coffee is great. Read more
The prices changed since the last time I visited. Not unusual since prices are going up everywhere. Especially in the Verde... Valley. Anyway I had a bad experience when ordering. The cashier(Pam) was extremely rude and didn't know how to explain theprice difference. So instead she got frustrated and rude to me. So I cancel my order and walked out. I recommend anyone whowants McDonald's to go to the one on 260 and Hwy I17. They are better organized and courteous. Read more
