Absolutely tremendous experience! The owner is kind and welcoming! I had a issue where I didn?t receive my garlic bread at first... and he gave me a complimentary drink for the wait. Such considerate and empathetic customer service is seldom observed nowadays.Notwithstanding, the pasta and garlic bread were superb. I don?t eat meat so I have no idea if the meatballs are tasty or not.However, if it?s like the other food, I?m sure it is also excellent. The garlic bread was some of the best of its kind I haveever eaten; toasty, salty and flavorful. Spaghetti in a bucket clearly use quality ingredients and it shows in their sauce andgarlic bread! Spaghetti in a bucket? Sounds crazy, but tastes great! $9.28 for a large dinner for one- awesome deal! I've been wanting to try... this place for a while and glad I did. It was much better than the other surrounding fast food joints. The single bucket with 2meatballs was just right for me, but it could be shared depending how hungry you are. Read more

Very friendly and courteous letting those of us who were waiting knowof an approximate wait time. Great being provided with freshly toasted garlic bread and a small bucket of spaghetti with sauceand added meatballs. Wow! And, speaking of meatballs those things are just a little larger than golf balls and very meaty.Yummy!! And, it was very kind of the man to provide me with a free bottle of soda. Looking forward to my next visit! ???? I mustadd an edit. It is my habit to read reviews. Most posted here are amazing and honest. But what is even more impressive is theresponse of the owner to reviews that were honest but not favorable. Reimbursements made with offers to replace an order arerather extraordinary in these days and times. GOOD ON YOU!! One of my place of employment is going to host a potluck. Believeme, Owner (I am miserable at names and introducing myself) of this BY the Bucket, I will be placing an order in the next fewweeks for Family Buckets of spaghetti and meatballs and garlic bread. Lastly, my meal is absolutely delicious! Spaghetti cookedto perfection (for me) with a delicious sauce that is chocked full of chopped tomatoes and diced bell peppers. Meatballs~yummyYES!! Today I tried By the Bucket and I am so excited. I LOVE spaghetti and this place did not let me down. First, the food is very... nicely priced. I ordered the Medium Bucket, Meatballs, Garlic Bread and Cheesecake. The pasta was well cooked and the sauce wasa very nice surprise. I was worried about a plain marinara sauce?but this sauce had texture and was very tasty. It had fullbodied flavor without a lot of acidity. The meatballs were so tender. They are better than any meatballs I have ever made. Youcould easily break them up with a fork and they added just the right flavors to my bowl of pasta. If you like garlic, you willlike the garlic bread. Because it is wrapped in foil, it was nice and pull-apart soft when I got home. The butter, seasoningsand garlic made it the perfect accompaniment?although it was almost gone by the time I dished out the pasta. Yum! Haven?t triedthe cheesecake yet?I am too full. Finally, the young man who took and prepared my order was very sweet, professional andproficient at his job. I can?t wait to go back to the Cottonwood By the Bucket! Read more
I actually went to this place as a joke at first, but the joke was on me, because this place is great. You get a bucket of... spaghetti for like 14 bucks and can add a huge loaf of garlic bread for an extra two bucks. My kids also love this place. Theywanted to stop here multiple times and we actually used it as an encouragement for behaving while we were out other places. Read more
Really pretty good! I liked the meatballs and marinara sauce ( no weird spices) and meatballs are 2 oz so a good size. The... noodles were cooked to perfection and the garlic bread was tasty. They sale a nice sized bucket of high quality parmesan cheesefor a reasonable price. Two thumbs ???? up from me. Tasty,affordable, quick and convenient. Read more
Was charged for two meat balls and did not get them on my order. The number on google doesn't even call the store. Check you... order before you leave the restaurant.
