Other than breakfast, Hardee's needs to shut the doors. How they stay open I don't understand. The employees seem to always be... the ones that could not make it at the other food restaurants. Most of the time seating area is dirty and bathrooms are nobetter. Really sad. Read more
This was my first time at this location I had heard from more than one person that this location was not good and that the food... was not fresh and that the staff was impolite. It had been at least three people that had told me all of those things. Therewere three of us in the car the day we went here and there was at least a five minute discussion about not going to thatlocation fortunately I won. It was delicious my biscuit and my chicken were fresh, hot, and the employee was very friendly atthe window. It was a larger piece of chicken then the size of the biscuit which is awesome. Driving through and decided to try breakfast for the first time. Food was good, interesting choices like the primal burrito(lots... of sauce but tasty!). We dined in and the restaurant was fairly clean. Womens restroom needed work floors were sticky andtoilets dirty. Not fun with a 4yo. Food was shoved into one bag. There were no napkins in bag or in dining area . We had to goask the employee for napkins and she gave us 3. Not very useful with a 1yo and 4yo. We ended up going get napkins in thebathroom.... 9/27/2019. I ordered 2 Bacon Egg Cheese biscuit combos and a Biscuit & Gravy. The egg on the biscuits was curdled & had a foul... smell like bad eggs. The gravy is supposed to come in a cup, but mine was already poured on my biscuit, making it soggy & gross.The biscuits themselves were doughy & under cooked. Nothing about this meal was edible. $15 straight in the trash can. Update :Was told I would get a refund. When I arrived they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about & only gave me a partialrefund. When asked why I didn't get a full refund they failed to give me a straight answer. The staff failed to apologize in anyway for the awful experience & terrible quality of the food. It seemed like they didn't care what they were serving, becausethey had already got the money for it.
