My daughter got the chicken tenders this trip to Freddy's and they were soooo good! Like, I love Freddy's burgers, so I would... never get them over a burger but still they were really good! Especially when we tried dipping them in the fry sauce! Speakingof the fry sauce.... Oh my goodness! If you haven't tried it, you are missing out on life. Freddy's fries and fry sauce is myhappy place. I've heard some people say that Freddy's is just like a place that rhymes with Take 'n Wake but I think Freddy's isway better. Food was delicious. But the staff definitely needs to pay more attention to the front counter. People stood for upwards of 10... minutes waiting to order or to ask for something. Also the drink bar had no napkins or straws, every person had to go to thecounter and ask.???? Read more

Walked up to their door and it was locked. People were inside eating at tables. If you're going to lock your doors, make it easy... for us to know we can't go in. Normally my family and I love Freddy's. This time, the food was good but the low rating is because of the service. I ordered... through the drive thru and at the end of my order I said that I was also a veteran. She told me to tell them at the window(even though I think it was the same person) I got to the window and I told the girl I was a veteran and she snatched my cardand walked away seeming to ignore me. Doesn't seem like the veteran appreciation was actually there this time. Its not about thefew dollars I would have saved, it's the principle. After that a different girl was putting lids on and handing out our drinksand there was some ice on the rim of one cup keeping her from being able to put the lid on so she used her finger to push itdown in the drink. Throwing the option to purchase Custard with your meal and their delicious fry sauce and you have a winner that keepsthe kids asking to return every time.
